Using the Application

Shelby County Examination Scheduler application provides qualified job applicants an easy way to schedule an examination session. The selected candidates will receive emails with log in instructions from the Human Resources Employment Department, once logged in candidates can enroll for the qualified examination.

How to Change Password ?

1. Logging in to the website you will have a Menu Entry My Account Click on it.
2. After you Click on the My Account tab you will be navigated to a page where you will have View and Edit Tabs.
3. Click on the Edit tab, It will navigate to a page where you can change the password.
4. After filling the entries click on the save button at the bottom. Changes will be effected immediately.

How to recover forgotten Password ?

1. Go to the website login page.
2. On the login page, click the link Request new password (at bottom left of page).
3. It will navigate you to user account page, where you have to enter the username/ Email Address associated with the account which you gave during registration.
4. Click on the E-mail new password Button.
5. E-mail Address associated with the account will receive an email with one time login link.
6. Click on the link, this will navigate you to Reset Password page.
7. Click on the Log in Button at the Bottom.
8. This will navigate you to a page where you can change your password. Click on the save button at the bottom for immediate action.

How to Enroll for Examination ?

1. After an account created by the administrator, You will receive an Email with username/password.
2. Clicking on that link you will be navigated to login screen, Enter your username, password and Click on the Log in button at the bottom.
3. You will be navigated to HOME page.
4. On the menu bar (Black bar below the Logo) you will see the examination you are eligible to enroll.
5. Hover over the name of the examination you want to enroll, It will list all the available dates, Choose the date on which you would like to enroll and click on it.
6. You will be navigated to a page where you can select a single session on that date (It will list Number of enrolled candidates, Maximum No.of Candidates allowed per session and all the sessions available in that day).
7. Select the radio button under the session you want to en-roll and click the Submit button.
8. Your Enrollment is completed and your seat has been reserved of that session.
9. For Email Notification Click on the Schedule button at the bottom to send an email confirmation to the registered email address.

How to Delete/Modify Enrollment ?

1. After enrolling in a session, If you want to delete or modify that enrollment.
2. Go to the page where you have enrolled (Date on which you have enrolled for examination).
3. Hover over your name under the list of participants.
4. You will find two icons one for edit and one for deletion when you hover over your name.
5. Click the icon based on the action you want to perform.
6. Follow the instructions on screen to complete the action.

Shelby County Examination Scheduler is supported on the following browsers: Microsoft IE 7/8/9, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Apple Safari.

How to Enroll for Assessment?

1. After logging in the Shelby County Examination Scheduler. In the menu bar hover over type of assessment, you required to complete. Click on the date you would like to enroll.
2. You will be directed to the scheduler page for that date. Locate your user name in the participants column, and then select one radio button next to your user name under the time you want to enroll and click the “SCHEDULE” button. A green check mark will populate confirming your selection.
3. You must select an available time slot and click the schedule button to have a confirmed time for testing.
4. To receive your test notification click on the “Email Confirmation” button a. An email notification including your selected date and time, driving directions and additional information related to testing will be sent to the registered email address.
